Most items are shipped via United Parcel Services(UPS) ground or USPS.

RETURNS

All returns must be pre-authorized. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

All returns must be in the original packaging and in an unused condition. Please use the contact us option on this website to request authorization for a return.
Please Include the following information with your return request:
* Name on Order
* Email address used to order
* Item# and Description
* Date of purchase
* Daytime phone
* Detailed reason for return

All return shipping costs are your responsiblility. Any item that is attempted to be delivered with charges due, will be refused.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Any items that you want to return for a refund or exchange for a different item, must be done so within 20 days from the date of purchase. Taking into account shipping, this will give you about 15 days to return an item for a refund. At our discretion, we may extend this on a case by case basis. After 30 days, no refunds or echanges will be authorized.

* Pepper Spray must be unopened inorder for it to be returned. Opened Pepper Spray can not be returned.
* Depending on the item there maybe a restocking fee, upto 20%
